BACKGROUND: Kelly and Spiro’s joint 40th birthday party was drawing closer. The date was set, venue had been booked at Royal Brighton Yacht Club, Melbourne and invitations had been sent. The main thing that was left to do was to organise the entertainment for the 120+ guests attending.
But what were the options? What could Kelly arrange that would involve and engage all of the guests – men and women – regardless of their age? And more importantly, what kind of entertainment could she book and then not have to worry about? The last thing Kelly needed was to get involved in all of the details of whatever entertainment she booked. Once it was booked, she wanted to focus her energies on the rest of the arrangements and not have to think about the entertainment.
SOLUTION: Kelly phoned Blackjack Knights a few months before the party looking for more information on fun casino nights. Kelly had heard of the concept before but had never attended a casino night. However with the location being the Royal Brighton Yacht club and a joint 40th birthday such a big occasion, a casino night seemed the perfect excuse to make the party a Black Tie event and get everyone to dress up.
Blackjack Knights provided a quote for a full service package of casino tables and a casino manager to run the event.
